SECTION 25 — PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of the transaction, delivery confirmation, and acceptance of these Terms.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension of future purchases and may be reported to payment processors and fraud prevention networks.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately, including ensuring that any liquids placed in the containers are suitable for the product and properly sealed before travel or storage.

SECTION 27 — DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION

Soapy takes fraud prevention seriously. By placing an order through our store, you agree that delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier shall constitute proof of delivery.

Orders shipped with carrier tracking that show “delivered” status to the shipping address provided at checkout will be considered successfully delivered.

Soapy is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an address provided by the customer that is confirmed delivered by the carrier will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and local postal service to investigate the delivery before contacting us.

Soapy reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases where delivery confirmation shows the order was successfully delivered.

Fraudulent claims of non-delivery may be reported to payment processors, fraud prevention databases, and law enforcement where appropriate.
