Refund & Return Policy

At Soapy, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• in the same condition you received it
• unused
• empty and free of any liquid, soap, lotion, or other contents
• in the original packaging
• with all included parts and accessories
• accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products that have been used, filled with liquid, damaged, or show signs of wear may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

• damaged
• defective
• incorrect

please contact us right away at store@soapygo.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• items that have been used or filled with liquid
• items that are not emptied before return
• items missing original packaging or included accessories
• gift cards
• sale or clearance items, if marked final sale

Because our products are intended for personal care and hygiene use, we may refuse returns of items that have been opened, used, or are not in sanitary return condition.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must still be:

• unused
• empty
• in original packaging
• with proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns of products that have been opened, used, or filled with liquid.
